How is customer support handled?
Support is handled quickest via our online helpdesk which can also be used in conjunction with email with tickets automatically being created/added to via email piping. The support desk allows tickets to be logged and tracked by a number of different staff allowing complete control over all communication to ensure all tickets are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

What is the process for upgrading my account?
This is just a case of ordering the option you like and let the billing/accounts dept know so they can credit your account with the balance from the previous one. Your website will not experience any down time.

What happens if I reach my bandwidth / data transfer limit?
Those on a shared hosting plan will have their account automatically suspended on reaching the data transfer limit to prevent excessive overages (and costs). We make an attempt to send out warnings when the limit is approaching so you can make arrangements but it is your responsibility to keep a check on usage and to contact us in advance to purchase extra resources if required to prevent suspension.
Any resellers that are approaching their allocation limits will be contacted to discuss a course of action. Again, it is your responsibility to keep a check on this and we cannot be held responsible if you do not get a warning of impending overages.

Will I be charged in USD ($) or South African Rand (ZAR)?
You will be charged with whatever currency your credit card account is.
Or if you chose the cheque / invoice option then you will deposit South African Rand in to our account. Any amounts shown in other currencies are to be used as a guide only and we recommend checking the exchange rates before ordering at web sites such as www.xe.com.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?
We are sure that you will be pleased with your hosting account but if not we will refund your money within 30 days of opening your account with us.

Can I get an account with more resources than the maximum package?
Yes you can. You must Contact Us to arrange it.

Can I make my own cPanel Brandable theme or modify an existing one?
Yes you can, you can also put your logo and so on.

Can I oversell on my webspace and data transfer limits?
Overselling is enabled but we ask all resellers to be careful and sensible when overselling their allocated resources. Although in todays market overselling has become commonplace, it can be dangerous so common sense must be used.

Can I resell your reseller packages?
We have a 10% discount on the price for resold reseller packages. This means that you can sell these to your clients at your own chosen price and provide support as you do with your shared hosting packages. There is no reference to saHOSTplus.com within any of the control panels so you can be pretty sure that your clients will not detect that this is a resold reseller package.
